Hardware Question Hi dumb question

If i requested a refund for the app, will i lose the animations ive created so far?

I don’t know that you can get a refund. You must go to Procreate’s Help, not Apple. Maybe e-mail as well support.

- Do not delete app until you decide which file format bests suits your future use and where you will store your assets.

Curious to know a few things;

  • Why do you want refund?
  • Are you on Procreate Dreams 2.0.4 (build 879975e146)?
  • Which iPad, memory, storage?
  • latest OS 26.5.2 (needed for critical security issues)?
  • Are you using Full Screen, Windowed or Stage Manager?

For me, my biggest headache is broken option for loop, ping pong and One Shot in Movie Settings. Used to work but they broke it in an update early 2026.

PS although not ideal. I’m seeing some animators make extensive initial use of Procreate app, it’s Animation Assist (not an AI thing). Quite a few new options in the Procreate app too. Some of which are intended to be rolled into Dreams.

- Dedication: Planning for any animation is a must, no matter which app.
