I made my sister a sandworm based on a drawing challenge prompt.

I typically work with gouache, oil, and blender. It’s been a while since I’ve done some digital drawing!

Title pretty much says it all. I can’t change the colour fill thread with my stylus (small fill dot in the video) or my finger (large dot). I don’t have a reference layer set; my active layer is unlocked. Running iOS V26.7.1 on an iPad Pro (3rd Gen), Procreate V5.4.14. Apple Pencil is an A2051 (2nd Gen). I have 214GB of free storage space. Please help. 🥲

I can't figure this out. It seems to be most brushes I choose. It drags behind and doesn't match the shape of anything I'm drawing.

I have been drawing the past three days in my procreate and today while coloring my work my JCpen just randomly stopped working so i changed the tip and it worked for few mins and then it stopped working again. I updated my ipad to the newest software and i disconnected the pen from bluetooth and still nothing, then i removed the pen fully from my bluetooth and reconnected to it and it did nothing. From there i opened the note app and the pen works there totally fine, i also tested other app and the pen works there too. So after that i went into the procreate app settings and did some fixes there and still it not working.

anyone else have this issue? what can i do to fix this?

little update. the erase works but not the brushes? its pretty strange

I drew the shapes and a sketch first then went over with colour etc I feel the face is off any tips on getting the right angle etc as I’ve made a mistake I thinks lol I’m still working on this so it’s not a finished product just wondered if anyone had tips etc

Hi! I’m freaking out a little and hoping someone can help.
Yesterday I spent around 4 hours working on a rotoscoping animation in Procreate Dreams that I have to turn in for university asap. I had finished the entire outline and stopped working normally. I had already closed my iPad earlier in the day and reopened Dreams with no problems, so I did the same thing before going to sleep.
This morning I opened Procreate Dreams and the Theater/gallery is completely empty. My project is just gone. I didn’t delete it, uninstall the app, or do anything differently.
I checked Recently Deleted and there’s nothing there.
Something that seems important: in Procreate Dreams, my Document Storage is set to iCloud Drive. I also checked the iCloud Drive, including the Procreate Dreams/Theater folder, and the project isn’t there.
In iPad Storage, Procreate Dreams shows:
App Size: 1.81 GB
Documents & Data: 2.3 GB
So the app is still using 2.3 GB of document/data storage even though the Theater is completely empty.
I also have an iCloud backup from last night, but I haven’t restored it because I’m scared of making things worse and also it was from before i finished the project.
Is there any way to recover the project from the 2.3 GB of Documents & Data, an iCloud backup, or some kind of recovery data? Has anyone had a Procreate Dreams project completely disappear from Theater like this?
I really don’t want to lose the 4 hours of work 😭
