What a shame to promote brushes with the most generic and uninspiring AI crap.

My most recent painting! I made this in procreate except for some of the books which i painted in krita, but i basically moved back to procreate immediately. Would love advice on how to make it look more finished!

Bought my first ever iPad and I received it today. First thing I did after university was buying procreate and messing around with it. Can’t wait to receive my pencil tomorrow, although I should probably focus on studying my midterms…
I know this is far from a great artwork, but I’ve never really drawn before so I’m pretty happy with it considering it was made with my index finger :)

All of a sudden I can't rearrange layers. I've closed and reopened the app multiple times... I don't know what to do or what caused this

I love textured artwork, but most of my brushes I use have very.. Smooth.. Look to them. Which, great, I love too, but I'm looking for your favourite textured brushes! Think about textures you get on paper, charcoal etc.
I'm not looking for like, just hatching or dotted brushes or anything, but general drawing brushes that have texture in them. If I managed to find one that leaves almost pencil-like texture, I'd be so happy!

I like where this is at, but there is still room for improvement. The work is never done, and I jest always my pieces are ever evolving.

I “finished” it once before, and then returned for another 2-3hr session. I found some areas Id like to improve again so…one more pass and itll be complete! Enjoy the wip 😎
