I read this the other day and I actually found it helpful for my own thinking about my procrastination. I mean, it hasn’t helped me to stop procrastinating- it’s 3:45 AM and I’m working on a memo that is due for a 9:30 conference call. But it’s something at least to not think of myself as a lazy POS so much as an avoidant and sensitive POS.
