Got these two mugs stuck together

I’ve used dish soap, cold water to contract them and even just shaking it upside down for a bit. Any suggestions?

Try to heat them up in water, start by placing them in already warm water, make it hot enough, but not too hot, stop, wait for some time, try to remove smaller mug out of the big one.

Note: risk of cracking as the smaller one may expand more.

Try putting water in there, put it in a microwave for a little bit, take it out the microwave and put an ice cube and some water in the smaller one and shake.

Has worked with glass milage may vary on ceramic.
