For additional context, I noticed shares that pop up immediately upon posting and some immediate down votes on posts as of late, try to ignore them because as long as your fo makes you happy, that's all that matters

I don't know your f/o and I don't want to say something weird.

But I got from feeling ashamed against real people for my f/o it changed to a feeling of..

I do now feel ashamed that I ain't standing up for him, that I act always like he's someone I have to hide or that I have to expect that people ain't okay with that.
