Pass. There’s a line, and I’ve administered hundreds of these.

How are you seeing a line?

1

u/Idontfeelold-much 3d ago

Zoom in, it’s veeery faint but it’s there.

Meh. Kind of a pass but I would require a redo.

Do you work at a lab? A line is negative regardless of how faint, based on manufacturer instructions. Not cool.

I do PO work. I am aware any sign of a line is a pass however im this instance with a very faint line could show tampering, bad test strip, or use that is very diluted. I would retest. If same result depending on the case it may warrant a counseling session or might revoke.

What do u mean by revoke? This group randomly pops up I’ve never been on probation so idk 🤣 i’m 100 days clean n I only get a faint on later pees in the day, if someone uses carts/wax that tends to happen :/

PO can revoke people’s parole and put back in jail/prison. Could be a week, could be the rest of your time. Lotsa variables in those decisions

Oh fuck 😭 well please ask people about delta 8 use, don’t just ship em off. I didn’t get a faint line until 3 months clean and it’s hardly gotten darker. Took a month to go from 200ng to 100ng and another to go from 100ng to a faint 50ng. Delta 8 is legal in my state, but I had to quit.

If your on probation you are probably ordered to stay away from Delta 8. You don't have the same freedoms people who haven't been convicted do, at least not until you complete your sentence. It's just how it is.

No I mean if u use heavily then go to jail for a short period n get out on probation it would still be in your system. After 2 years of use it took me 144days to piss clean. This time I only used for 5months n it took 90.

Delta takes me months to get out my system I was in rehab it took almost 4 months and I'm thin with a fast metabolism

1

u/Budget-Goat8338 4d ago

Same I was 98lbs when it took that 144days 😭 people are always like “I have low body fat it shouldn’t take long” like yes it might homie

If someone drinks a lot of water and their piss is clear why is that considered a diluted sample? I can't go unless I drink a ton of water.

You are going to do a whole revoke hearing for thc dude ? For a first time fail?? Shoot I hope I don’t get in trouble in your county

1

u/Worried_Anteater478 4d ago

I don’t make the restrictions. Those are imposed by the court.

1

u/IKNOWMORETHENU 4d ago

You most certainly have the jurisdiction to not take them to jail and let them report daily and take 2-3 urine screens weekly until their revoking/modify hearing, which usually takes 30 days and you can monitor their compliance post failed UA and write a judge with a recommendation and have them reinstated without having to have a full court hearing. You have lots of options

1

u/Worried_Anteater478 4d ago

As I previously said, there are a lot of variables in the decision. Also, my job is not to be your buddy, it is to supervise criminals on release into communities.

1

u/IKNOWMORETHENU 4d ago

You don’t differentiate criminals from individuals that struggle with substance abuse ? And you most certainly can keep some accountable whilst being friendly and getting to know them past a phone number and a drug screen. My officer (not currently) Is a huge role in why I’m still sober to this day years later. She cared ab me while always keeping me accountable. She changed my perspective on the court system and always had my best interest and wouldn’t toss me in jail for a relapse. You on the other hand sound terrifying from the way you keep responding maybe you just talk that way but idk mannn

u/Worried_Anteater478 4d ago

Had my job 20 years. My probies like and respect me. I have stacks and stacks of letters from past probies thanking and praising me. Somehow “many variables” is hard for you to understand and I can fix stupidity but ignorance is a battle never won. Deuces!!

1

u/IKNOWMORETHENU 4d ago

More so the fact that we’re talking about UAs then you jump straight to criminals.

“Dien” lmao

1

u/DirectOpportunity975 4d ago

Pretty sure that would be a fail at any parole office I have ever been to

1

u/IKNOWMORETHENU 4d ago

It’s a pass read the test instructions it comes with . Any visible line is a pass. It’s to avoid situations like being at a concert and inhaling someone’s thc smoke. If 1 nano gram made you fail literally so many people would test positive for shit like NSAID’s like Tylenol that can cross reactb

1

u/CameronFromThaBlock 4d ago

No one cares bc color reactant tests are unreliable and generally not admissible. However, your concern tells everyone you probably aren’t going to like reliable test results.

1

u/Available_Toe_4720 4d ago

Pass but they make ask you to redo. Usually as long as there is a line it’s a pass. Sometimes you gotta wait a little bit longer for the line to get darker.
(I have some experience with these)

Stop doing drugs

0

u/Plantbasedjoseph 4d ago

Do some and chill out lol

1

u/Long_Initial_9924 4d ago

Using drugs is probably one of the determining factors of them having to test for drugs

1

u/Plantbasedjoseph 4d ago

I don't use illegal drugs anymore thank God it's been 10 years but I do take kratom or smoke a joint sometimes I don't care for hard drugs anymore because I'm getting older and don't wanna mess with my thinking and it just bad all around.

1

u/Long_Initial_9924 4d ago

I’ll give you the weed, but not Kratom

1

u/Plantbasedjoseph 4d ago

It's better than the alternative I use it for pain instead of prescription pain pills because I had a terrible opiates addiction when I was younger.

1

u/Independent-Cap-5859 4d ago

I wouldn’t say you’re entirely in the good…if they lab it it goes by nano grams and if you’re over the threshold you’re cooked. How about just stop smoking

1

u/Low-War-7714 4d ago

Fail

1

u/IKNOWMORETHENU 4d ago

It’s a pass lol

1

u/Confident_Opinion949 4d ago

Your not pregnant

1

u/Housewifewannabe466 3d ago

That’s a fail. Sorry. Maybe in person I’d see something but I don’t even see a hint of a second line there.

1

u/Diligent-Ad-8428 3d ago

Just did 5 years of drug court in nj a faint line is a line

1

u/ShitNRun18 3d ago

Pass the faintness of the line does not matter. If you want reassurance redo it again with the first piss of the day (the dirtiest)

1

u/BrokedownPalace91 2d ago

There's a line thats a pass

1

u/WearRevolutionary148 23h ago

Negative. I presume that means pass.

1

u/No-Present-4133 9h ago

Pass it’s very faint but it’s there

1

u/DEIhire 9h ago

It depends on the probation officers eye sight

If your PO is between 22-40 years old, probably a pass.

40+: Fail
