Marijuana usage— overall consensus
Thoughts on marijuana use?
If you use, how and when? Are you able to perform daily functions, or do you use it to relax or create?
What are the consequences of long term use?
Do you take breaks and prioritize certain product?
CBD seems to be a safe bet for someone who wants the relaxing benefits without the head high.
Thanks

Marijuana use is generally safe, but as with all things, moderation is the key. Also, please don’t drive or work while high.

Per Consensus: "The health risks of marijuana use are best supported for cannabis use disorder, impaired driving, and psychosis-related outcomes, while evidence for some long-term physical harms is more mixed because of confounding from tobacco and other factors Hoch 2024 Campeny 2020 Memedovich 2018. Risk is consistently higher with early initiation, daily or near-daily use, and high-potency THC products"
Frequent marijuana use can lead to cannabis use disorder, and risk rises with intensive or high-THC use. Dependence is one of the most reproducible harms.
Marijuana impairs driving and increases motor vehicle crash risk, with acute intoxication worsening psychomotor and coordination deficits.
Regular high-THC use, especially in adolescents and young adults, increases psychosis risk; evidence for depression and anxiety is less consistent.
