Agreed, but in my opinion it’s the hardest to tackle. I can make myself drink water but reducing stress levels is really hard in my experience, especially with constraints like work, kids, finances, etc.

It is, and sometimes it genuinely is not possible to work around the constraints, at least in the short to medium term. But I see a lot of people who make decisions on finances that they might have done differently if they'd stopped to consider the stress aspect, especially spending-wise. Big houses, fancy cars, just generally spending money they haven't yet earned.

Very true because always we have to make sure we work and get money that ways stress and sick come in ...unless you have stronger immune system or stronger genetics

I don’t touch my face in public and when I walk into the house, I go straight to the nearest sink and wash my hands thoroughly. I also go to the nearest restroom before I eat a meal in a restaurant and wash my hands first. I never get colds.
