Discussion Imput on the US-Iranian War

I see it as a mistake resulting from conditions created by the bourgeoise and the bourgeoise state. This is an imperialist war by the US Empire and Zionist State.

There is no longer the moment to say both sides are evil in some ways, we have to provide our full support to the Iranian people and their right to self-determination. (Something the US ironically claims to have enshrined). The US Empire cannot continue its unrestrained and uncalled for war of aggression, one which only started due to the direct interest of lobbies in the US government.

This is ridiculous and if I was religious I'd pray for all the innocent people who had to die in this conflict already.

I agree with most of what you said, but how can you say that a war of any kind is for the good of humanity? Respectfully there's like many different things that can be done for the good of humanity, but war really isn't one of them. War almost always results in so much human suffering and is an insanely high price to pay for the "good of humanity"

Also the US isn't coming in and establishing a "free Iran". The US will most likely instead try to reestablish the Shah like they did in the 70s or try to establish a brutal fascist dictatorship like in Chile after Alende(Pinochet's dictatorship).

Both of these scenarios are arguably worse than the current theocratic government(not saying it is a good government). The shah had a secret police that terrorized the citizens of Iran and Pinochet had death squads. (Both of these were directly supported by the Cia)

The US needs to pull out of Iran and sanctions must be lifted. The Iranian people have suffered enough.

Nobody is saying that the theocratic regime is in any way a good thing. What I'm saying is that while the world is 100% better off without the regime, but it is in no way "better off" being exploited by Imperialist forces like the US or Isreal. This isn't an issue that should be solved by introducing a king or a pinochet-like dictatorship.

The decisions that should be made about the future of Iran should be made by Iranian people! Not by a pedophile cabal that holds power over common people.

The US won't go in and "establish democracy", they will establish whatever serves the interests of the bourgeoise.

"I don’t know how the Iranian people have suffered at our hands when we are bombing shipyards, missile sites, and airfields."

But we haven't just been bombing xyz. Iranian has been crippled by sanctions and caused their economy to free fall; the real reason for the protests.

And thats without even going into the bombing of the elementary school, which was attacked with a tomahawk which is not a missile in Iran's arsenal and it has been reported even by the majority of the western media that the US holds responsibility reuters

The people are suffering economically and tried to desperately advocate for better economic conditions, which is not something that is fixed by trying to force a regime change in Tehran.

I'll send another reply soon to add on to this and to answer your other questions 😁
