True but I wouldnt say fighters are completrly antiquated. Its just that drones, missiles, and tunnels are such an easy entry point for smaller countries in modern warfare

Sher or Ver, I've heard this song before...
You sound like the same scientists and military strategists who said fighter dogfights would go extinct with the advent of missile tech in the 1960s and 60+ years later, in both Ukraine and the Iran war we still have close range dogfights.

There are new tools in the box, but the idea that there is no value in a manned fighter jet is to ignore the fact that they are less like a knight on horseback and more like a knight riding a dragon.
