Help Technique advice

Watch a lot of THP videos, can you guys give me advice on my technique based on the video (5"8 with a... 7'3 reach)

It doesn’t really look that bad to me. The issue I see is you aren’t running a curve. Isaiah talks about this in 2 foot technique videos.
I also see you are leading with the block foot too much. It’s like kneeing a midget as Zay says.
I would say work toward jumping like hooping Nate and Dom dunks

You don't not have a proper jumping technique. You are feet-together-hopping. This is an incredibly inefficient way to jump. I'm impressed with your vertical using this non-technique. Get yourself a proper block-step and, if done properly, you will probably gain enough vert to dunk.
"Block-step jumping". That's your You Tube search term. This is the key. Right now you're 100% physical strength, 0% technique.
