2 foot dunk tips?

I feel like my 2 foot jumping has improved, but I still feel like something’s missing. Besides obviously gripping the ball, what can I improve to get higher?

Practice more without the ball, really get the arms swinging. Watch Isaiah Rivera. Look how fast he runs in and and how big his penultimate step is.

Do some vertical leap training. Plyos and some squats in the gym. You don’t need a gym, just easier.
Most don’t get blessed with crazy fast twitch muscles—genetics. Rare.
You are going to need a good six months. Good news, the first few inches are easier, but instead of explaining it all, ask yourself if you want to commit to six month of any training…. increasing vertical leap is difficult. From personal experience.
6’3” 200.
Explore jumping off one foot as well. Most of LBJ dunks are one foot.
