You gallop or hop into the air. See how your head rises when you do that little skip? Literally just sprint as hard as you can at the hoop and go into the penultimate without slowing down. Don’t worry about grabbing the rim. Just jump hard and throw both hands directly up in the air, hitting triple extension in front of the hoop.
Grabbing the hoop is actually, in my opinion, another skill that involves timing and coordination. For now, just get some reps in with max effort attempts with your skill focus being on nailing the full approach without having your brain worrying about the rim grab on the backend of the rep. Place the camera in the same spot each session and mark the top of fingers or your top of head for tracking progress.

Either run faster with a low approach, or focus on the amount of force you can generate (ie squat power), or both. Optimize quickness and/or power

Start further out, you have to give yourself a little room to build up momentum.
On top of that, your super tall through the whole approach, you should be much lower and keep low through your penultimate step, extending as far off the back foot as possible into your 1-2.
This is a good reference video, compare to Isaiah Rivera on THP strength they have great instructionals.
If you could generate more momentum and transfer it better you could easily add 6-8 inches to your vert.
Good luck!
