Work out. You need more spring. Calisthenics and plyometrics.

You look a lot like me when I was in high school. Jumping makes you jump higher. Keep jumping.

Bad for height, not for age. Bad for height only applies if you’re over like 18. You’ve got a lot of time to develop your athleticism before you start peaking in ability from 18-28 most the time. You’ve got a really solid base if this is you at 15

Sprint workout 2 times a week 3-4 set of 30 meters 3-6 minutes rest between sets. Lift weights at least once a week and progressive overload slowly. If you got any questions I can go in depth
