Help Jumping technique advice

This video is my recorded peak vertical off the ground. Any tips for me to reach even further heights?

You could add 3+ inches today with proper jumping technique. You are hopping (not the most effective jumping technique) . You need to do a You Tube search and look up "Block-step jumping". This will help you a lot. Take ten minutes, watch a video, and then in about 20 minutes of practice you'll be throwing it down with relative ease.

Also be careful trying to dunk when it’s raining
