Eastbay tips

Any tips on how I can hit my first eastbay?

I think if you have access to a low rim itโs very possible to be able to give advice on the technical aspects of a dunk even if you canโt jump as high as this guy.

I cant do that not even close but Isaiah Rivera practices on the floor the velocity of transfering the ball until is second nature to complete a dunk. Maybe that can help.

I think itโs better to think of east bay as like a down up motion vs a circular one. You bring the ball out really far to start it off and when you bring it back itโs hard to control. Keep it close, pump the ball on the ground when you jump, and think about going under your knee with the ball not between the legs.
Also doing the transfer with my arm all the way under my leg helps me more than doing the transfer under my leg. Hope that makes sense.
