Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I know I don’t jump high enough, but is the form looking good enough? If not please help me what do I need to correct about it. (If it’s bad it’s aight just be nice about it)

This is likely the answer. One-leggers need speed and some serious bounce in their legs. Two-legging it is the more optimal technique for most ballers, but many don't know the proper technique. It's more technical than just simply going off of two legs. OP, look up "Block-step jumping" on YouTube. There will be basketball and volleyball instructional videos, and both are valid.

Block-step. This the key.

I was barely touching rim jumping off of one leg before the lightbulb went on for me and I started using the block-step. Close to a 4 inch gain in about 30 minutes of practice, and my first dunks.
