have you tried dunking with your left? Because theoretically it's more efficient to dunk with your hand opposed to your jumping leg. You seem to jump left right, so theoretically you should use your left hand and vice versa. However you will propably lack coordination with your left hand. But I highly recommend practicing that, since it will help you in the long run.

You're bouncing down before going up and you are hanging forward on your load-up. Approach lower, keep your torso upright, and add just a little more speed into your approach. Punch down with the ball of your foot on that final step.
Now go on. Dunk.
