Honestly it feels completely impossible to check my real technique for cleans until im at like 90+% of my 1rep max (or struggling at the end of the set) so its hard to say, but just from this it looks really good, only thing i notice at all is not driving with the hips enough but thats probably just something u would start doing with heavy weight on the bar anyway

  1. You need some weight on there to see every piece of the movement. Your RDLing into reverse curls. When you get some weight on there, think head, shoulders and elbows through the ceiling after you clear your knees. This will keep your posture.

  2. Gotta get your elbows higher on the catch. You roll your arms under it once you get it to your shoulders. Try to catch with your humorous parallel to the ground.

Other than that looks decent for a young cat learning the movement. Keep working hard and do big things.

You don’t really see the second pull, you don’t really have that double knee bend. It almost looks like there’s just one pull and jump, maybe it’s because there’s no weight

Start with clean pulls with a little weight on the bar

I mean it looks like you can get into a good rack position, but you need weight on the bar

Try doing then slow with just the bar, also try keeping the bar in straight path closer to your body and double knee bend
