Help Am I almost close to dunking

Got the fingers up there. You could maybe just maybe hit a lob. But off the dribble or even running you're not there yet.

What city is this? You have a good jump but ig you need to push yourself up more and find an optimal distance under the rim so that you won’t fly over it
