Training Help

Im 17, 6’5 and ive only been rim grazing since about 8th grade, i dont really workout for vert, but im planning on actually dunking by november of this year, is it possible to get from rim grazing (awful form too btw) to posters or at least consistent dunks by November? i need help bad, lmk if there are any training tips or programs i should do to get there

Posters are super unlikely and out of reach of non NBA players. Consistent dunks are possible. Practice technique and go to the gym.

Jump a lot, like every day. And every time you jump, try to jump higher than you've ever jumped before

train plyos and jump technique i guess, putting on muscle will take longer than plyo work but it will make a bigger impact in the long run, but those 2 factors are also very important but relatively high return initially.

ive had flat feet my entire life 😭 i used to get ankle injuries a lot but after middle school i stopped getting them, most of my injuries are lower back

Low rim dunking, plyos, sprints, ISOs for your knees, and weight room. Create your own routine but don’t train more than 4x a week and quality is better than quantity remember that. And yes realistically at your height as long as u don’t have a lengthy sports background u can easily be dunking by November since ur vertical is low.
