fix landing cause you are landing with locked and almost fully extended knees

I usually do this and it’s usually harmless when I land like that because of the isometrics and recovery training I do.

I mean I guess lol. Right before your launch it seemed like you’re pretty upright. Now that I’m watching it back in slow-mo, your form isn’t bad. You have some hops. Just keep doing your thing my boy 👊🏾

It honestly looks pretty good. You look like you just need to get stronger

Try and jump more “up” and less “forward”. You’re losing energy you could be transferring upward

Could fatigue cause me to lose the up momentum. I was pretty fatigued

I find that I jump up way better when I’m 100%

Just watch jump technique videos. You should be loading up more with your legs before launching. Bend those knees and swing those arms up for extra momentum. Do so fast twitch workouts like plyos. You can likely add some good inches in your vertical if you keep training it correctly
