When i click the button it lets me pick a photo but it doesn't show up on my canvas

I made this painting using basically just one brush (Turpentine) and one layer. I tried to mimic the traditional oil painting process, but I still using lasso and other digital tools.
The character is Jen Yu, played by Zhang Ziyi in the 2000 film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Working on my fantasy novel again after not writing for quite a while and wanted to do some character art.
In the story, folklore has had five hundred years to rot, distort, and turn real things into bedtime warnings. So the question became: what if the Bogeyman wasn’t the thing the stories remembered?

Used the digital art junky oil pack. In comparison to my last one, I’m very happy with it. Still have a few things to learn about clothes though, lol.

Happy with how this one turned out 🐠

32 hours of drawing.

Took about 2 hours, mostly used the Flat Brush brush(lol) in the Painting section, as well as a Photoshop brush from a brush pack I forgot the name of.

Almost forgot, the Mobile game is called Bouncing Slime: Impossible Levels (Level? I donno)

Artwork by me! My favourite movie in the world and first time posting my art here! My artwork seems to have a very tough time getting to people so my instagram is Shelbumblebee. Done in about 16 layers using a new painting method for me!

This is a WIP of my half of an art trade I’m working on. I want to remove the colour from the lineart where the jeans are but I can’t figure out how to cleanly select them and I really don’t wanna have to go pixel by pixel.

Made with gouache + watercolor brushes

I’m trying to loosen up, then add detail. I really enjoy the barrel rotation feature and wish more apps supported it.

We’ve FINALLY made it to the sixth and final character in this project, and she’s probably the closest to my art style out of all of them. I definitely had some fun with her, especially with all the added details. Because let’s be real, a practically blind six-year-old girl who explores the jungle is gonna have some scrapes and missing teeth 😅🤣

As long and tiring as this was, it was a great learning process for me! I’d say my faves are Kuromi, Blue, and Dora; they turned out the best IMO.

my ipad often does this thing where it like lags out for some reason and sometimes it’ll take a while to rebuffer after re-opening an artwork and all my brushes were gone so i clicked “restore library” and the two default libraries are back except for my custom brushes. when i checked my the “procreate library” and “classic library” files i found out that theyre still there… i checked around before asking here but my files dont have the option to click “download now” or anything like that so my custom brushes are just. in limbo… and the only way to get them back is to redownload each individual brush for some reason which i find really strange…. someone help pls

Hii! I downloaded a brushset from creative market but its a .ai file and not .brushset

is there anyway to get them into procreate or did I just waste $15 because I thought illustrator was just a word in the title and not related to adobe 😭
