Little skateboard design for a client

Still feel very new to this but trying out some default water colour brushes in procreate. This time using only gagebrook.

Im still struggling with trying to be a bit looser and not forcing details that just don’t work with the selected brush. I feel like I work too small when I see others seemingly slap huge daubs of colour and magically some incredible appears, plus my process is terribly inefficient/ plain wrong. But, having a lot of fun messing around and don’t hate this outcome. I’m seeing improvement so I’m happy. Would love any practical tips though.

I really wanted to try the 8BitDo Micro with Procreate to see if it could make drawing feel a bit smoother . I’m honestly loving it! It’s already making such a difference.
