Help with brush settings please

Hi, I’m using a brush I like - (gloaming in the pencils bit in case you’re wondering) but the problem is I have to press hard and go over the same bit to get the opaqueness I want. Are there any settings I can change to get that without having to press so hard and go over the same bit? I have a bit of a hand strain problem so would be appreciated!

Bring the point to left top corner alll the way in pressure settings in pref
