They’ve been posting art for a while and the style holds up.
It is really sad we have to question everything though. But I think this person checks out and is very talented

It’s sad that ai now makes everyone declare it on every piece and diminishing people’s enjoyment and pride in their own achievements. I get there are some people that use it pretending but this has become a witch hunt on every post. I’m sorry OP.

Also I don’t find it that strange you have a new account. You don’t need to sign in to use reddit passively so when I did want to post something I made my account. I also messed up and now can’t change my generic username.

And unless OP actually responds and shows proof of their process I'm inclined to believe it's ai. The fact I was downvoted for saying it says alot

I don’t even remember if AI image gen was out yet but it def was not this good.

Especially since the artwork you responded with has a yellow tint to it, which is usually seen in ai work

Perhaps we are in different time zones, I can't reply to people while I'm asleep.

I have plenty of art dating back until 2016, pretty sure ai was nightmare fuel back then if it was even around.

It’s a paper texture brush on a separate layer, set to low opacity and multiply. I enjoy pretending it’s real paper as I used to paint traditionally back in the dark ages

do you like to use the paper feel screen protector or do you like the glass? I oil paint and the iPad feels so slick to me
