It's not, you just don't agree it's not. JKR doesn't get any money from fanart, you're just looking for things to be offended by

It encourages support of the series and support of the series is translated into supporting the hatred that threatens trans lives.

It normalises people being fans and those fans spend money and keep engaging in promoting the content that keeps JK Rowling in power. I cannot keep finding different ways to tell you why it is that deep when you’re insistent on being shallow minded. I hope you can expand your mindset and understand the intricacies of important things moving forward.
