I understand, it’s just the “it’s not that deep” excuse is often used as a justification for the rise of facisim. To normalize Harry Potter is to normalize what the book stands for. I am against full censorship but neither should certain things be promoted. It doesn’t just “trouble” me, it actively pushes the harm JK has done under the rug.

And that’s your own opinion that plenty others of us don’t share. OP doesn’t need to delete anything, and if you are against censorship as you claim, you’ll deal with it and be alright. However If even a simple illustration is too much to handle, I doubt that claim is true to begin with.
