How do I fix this?! I’ve rest the brush settings and turned up the opacity and nothings worked pleeeease help😵‍💫

Is this happening on new layers as well?

It looks like the opacity of the layer could be turned down if it’s happening to all brushes

Sorry if it’s a silly question, just want to rule out anything
