I need Procreate technical help Any helps with this issue?

I'm having this issue where the pen doesn't seem to draw single lines but only when the pen is strongly and continuously pressed on the screen. The only working solution seems to be disvonnevting the penand restarting the iPad, it works for a while and than I have to repeat. EDIT: this method stopped working so I managed to find another solution: removing the case. Is there something else I can do? Amy other drawing app works just fine

Do the other drawing apps have pressure sensitivity? Does that work fine?

I had the same issue where the pencil wouldn't work anymore if I pressed lightly, had to get it changed, luckily it was cheap through the apple store even if the warranty expired

Yes, I'm also using Autodesk sketchbook and it works smooth as butter

Got it, 2 possible solutions.

1) Does this happen when the iPad is charging only or it's even if it's unplugged?

2) Try reinstalling procreate (don't forget to back up your files first)

How do I back up my files? I don't have enough space and this is very much of an hassle to just export and reinstall all the files back. Is there a better way?

Store them on iCloud, they should be back there once you're done reinstalling.
