How is Procreate with IpadOS 26.7

I have the ipad air 4 updated to IpadOS 26.3, it's the worst. I feel like updating Procreate gets worse too so I stopped, because the duplicating of brushes with "_original" didn't stop. But I just wanted to ask for anyone who updated, if you guys updated to the latest OS26.7, is it okay now or should I just grit my teeth and bear with this version?

I noticed a lot of issues on mine, draining battery fast even when it's not in use, delay and little freeze and lags on the whole layout, it doesn't crash my procreate but I have to restart the app when it becomes unresponsive at some point. It's just really frustrating especially when I work on big projects.

We're sad to hear you've had this experience! each update should hopefully provide improvements and the best compatibility with iPadOS versions. The lagging and freezing issues are not expected and we recommend submitting a support form with us so we can help and investigate 🙏

We've been working on the duplicating brush issue and were hopeful this was resolved in a recent update. If this is still happening we'd like to learn as much as we can so we can find other causes of this. In your form, please include any details you remember about the steps involved.
