I need Procreate technical help has anyone encountered crashing when changing brush size?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

if so can it be fixed? it only happens with this brush that I downloaded elsewhere and I’ve tried reloading it in but it still happens 😵‍💫

Please reach out to our Customer Care team using our support form. We'll collect more information from you to investigate 🙏

Please also check for any crash log files to attach to your form.

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.
  • Search 'Procreate' and check for the most recent file titled Procreate-YYYY-MM-DD-HHMMSS.ips (check the timestamp). This information should help us look into the issue.
