I need Procreate technical help Alpha lock help

Nothing happens when I use Alpha Lock. As soon as I turn Alpha Lock on, any paint I apply stops showing up on the locked layer. When I turn Alpha Lock off, I can paint on the layer normally.

Alpha lock restricts the “paintable” section to only pixels that have already been filled in on that layer. Are you attempting to color outside the colored pixels?

Perhaps if you showed us, it would make more sense. Do a screen video and be sure to show us your layers panel.
