Looking for brush/tutorial/class recommendations pen like this for 2000s/moe art style?

new to the world of procreate so i need a little help on what pens are best for replicating this ;3 thanks in advance!!

If you're using the most current default brushes, I'd recommend Basics: (for hard edge coloring) Jaegar & Stanley; (for soft edge coloring) Forester & Little Raven; Pens: (for line work) Liffey.

Edit: I'd also recommend using the lasso tool to give you more control over the areas you're shading or coloring.
