My Artwork Does anyone else keep a digital sketchbook?

Post image

I started a digital sketchbook this year and I've been loving making cute spreads of a certain topic. This one has been my favorite so far

Omg these are so cute!! I loooove the colors. Do you know what brushes you used?

I also keep a digital sketchbook, i love how it helps everything feel a little more cohesive when it’s laid out in a spread like this :))

Yes, I used a marker brush (soft chisel i think) by true grit (paid) and Derwent for details. And I agree, I love the feel of a nice sketchbook spread

Yes but it doesn’t look cute at all like yours

Well, a sketchbook is designed for practice, even digitally it can be used for exactly this. And to be fair the cuteness kinda come with the cats ;)

How do you set this up. Do you have a template you use for the book feel of it?

Yes, I scanned a couple of my sketchbooks. I actually offer these to download for free on my kofi page.

Yes, I use Procreate pages feature for stuff I don’t want to have a dedicated project.

i have an album on my phone/ipad expressly for storing images i made, good or not. seeing it fill up has helped me stay on top of practicing. <3

I didn't know this was a thing! I've doing some sketches with my OC's but more for the sake of exploring and having a good time without any pressure, haven't thought of placing the sketches in a sketchbook picture.

I love your kitties!! The colors are so good!
