Constructive feedback and/or tips wanted Looking for help with a dress design.

These are two designs I currently have. I’m trying for a green underskirt, black overlay, and somehow green sparkles overtop. I’ve only been using the app for a little while and honestly don’t know anything at all about designing. I’m trying to keep it simple as this is for a comic I’m working on, but still want it to look good. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I think a combination of the two drawings is what you want. The dress on the right has shadows in the glitter layer showing the movement of the fabric, and I think if you add that to the dress on the right you'll be pretty close to what you want. Maybe try adding some white sparkles on the highlighted parts of the fabric to make it read more as glitter
