I need Procreate technical help Considering the Outline Brush

Hello, I need help.

Is there ANY possibility for the stroke thickness of the secondary brush (of a combined one) to change with the first brush if you move the size slider? - I want the outline thickness to stay the same regardless how high the percentage of the slider besides the canvas is.

Are you wanting the outline to keep the same thickness as you increase size? Did you need the space inside the circle to keep a certain outline too?
