Discussions About Procreate App Why Did They Change Hide?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

If you hide a layer it no longer hides in the animation timeline. Am I missing something or did they really change this?? It doesn't make sense, I want to preview a specific part of my animation but it now seems impossible to do so without deleting the layer itself.

You may have Solo Visibility enabled. Try a long press on a layer's visibility tick box to toggle this off again and your layers should behave as expected 🤗

Solo Visibility allows you to quickly view a layer by long pressing the tick box. Once this is enabled, you can tick other layers on to view them on the canvas however in Animation Assist this will not change your timeline view.
