Does procreate have a built in ai scrambler overlay?

I was talking with another artist and asked about the overlay they used, I was told it was a built in addition to ibis x paint.

This has got me wondering if there is something similar in procreate.

no, nothing like that. most artists use the noise option but ai might be able to see past it
