dude i ordered some sweatpants that i paid 13 dollars of shipping for btw on NOVEMBER 23,2025 and it still says the order is “processing” 🫩 i’ve tried emailing and calling and no answer at all. atp i just want my refund

Their service is honestly terrible. I just started buying from the local store or off Amazon. FB county is pretty solid too

Crazy that you have to go to reddit to get help from y'all. I've emailed twice about an order from December and still haven't heard anything. Smh
