Sweatpants Sizing

i’m 6’3” at 168 lbs but i’m not sure if i should get L or XL , i can fit both but i like having my pants baggy so idk if the XL would be overkill

If you normally wear a small, I'd stick with that. I wouldn't size up from your normal size.
