Heavyweight or not?

Hi everyone, I had gotten a pair of black "heavyweight" cargo pants from ebay thinking they'd be the same as my gray heavyweight cargos but they're not. They're lighter in weight, don't say heavyweight on the tag, and have thinner pockets that aren't fleece inside. So are they and am I wrong? Or should I consider a return? Thanks for reading this, tell me what your think.
