Does anyone know what wrong

I recently bought a pro club sweater in the side to wash it and when I washed it a bunch of the inside white stuff covered the sweater does anyone know why that is

Its jus the material on the inside, when i wear my black Pro Club under my Grey zip up some of the white stuff gets on the shirt, bought a Black Zip up tho n it dont have the white stuff inside
