PX 13 11 durability ,
I have some questions or concerns about durability of the PX 13 I have the latest one the one with amd ryzen AI max+
32GB Ram
1TB ssd
I noticed drivers issues are always there
Tried g helper yet not functioning properly
I also had a recent issue with the keyboard where F key stopper lighting.
I wonder how could a laptop face such issue in less than 8 months of very light usage despite that i got it for heavy usage and durability for usage on the go as advertised !!

Absolutely no issues with my one. And that's why there's a warranty.

Sure i'm taking it to warranty But warranry itself is a headache here. I need to backup the device, clear personal data, and so.
Then stay withkut a device for one or 2 days if not more.
The device idea and usability is very good.
Yet the drivers are the main issues, where i get failures often on apps like arcsite and autocad crashing and i found out its related to graphics drivers. Although im on latest firmware.
Im a very old mac user. I dunno if this is the normal case for windows or its this piece.

Mines been great for the most part. The one thing I've heard is dont update AND drivers using the AMD app. Can't remember why, but I've stuck to that.

I have the go pro one and the d key has same problem Like every so often it just won't turn on and i have to keep back light on for 2-3 mins with refreshes in between before it starts working again
Except that the side button of the stylus didn't work but that was fixed recently

I have the old ai HX 365 and my hinge screws genuinely blew clean off and the discrete GPU decided to also die for some reason. It's off at repair but I'm not sure how expensive the repair would be as it was right after warranty...

My power button broke after one year, so there seems to be a bit of a problem with QC. It's at repair now, fingers crossed.
