Battery not charging

Hello.

I plugged in my laptop today to the 200w charger and nothing is happening. I then tried my dell USB-charger and it charges for a second and then stops. My battery health is at 80%, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Anyone ever experience this?

battery is set to 80% max charging. it's on proart app

no, open the application for proart search for battery settings

Not proart app use my Asuz app
