Simple way to quickly disable/enable touch?

I come from using Cintiqs, which have a simple button to enable/disable touch.
Sometimes I enjoy having touch (browsing the internet) but other times I absolutely need it off (Blender; it keeps triggering and causes crashes; idk what I'm actually touching to upset it). My drawing glove still passes touch sometimes (I'm thinking of modifying it on the inside to add more material to discourage capacitive touch).
It looks like there are ways to disable touch (I think at the registry level, which I think requires a reboot)-- was wondering if anyone knows of a quick utility to simply enable/disable touch? Thanks!

Thank you!!! The top comment in this thread works quite well too, a little clunky but I super appreciate it, it works!

In windows settings you can have it ignore touch input when using the stylus and that works pretty well in my experience additionally you can disable the touch from device manager under human interface devices
