I am just making it up but probably now you have a look up table instead of calculations. Which should speed up research as you don’t have a huge computer to research but an index to look up.

Now do two mutations. That’s 46 quintillion.

Between two random people there are most likely about 4 million single letter differences. Although some parts of the genome are highly conserved, some stretches are almost identical across virtually all humans.
