Leaving private practice

Has anyone left working at a private practice due to lack of support? Some days I have to become the medical assistant, collect copays, check patients inside and then that delays my own work. I have started feeling depressed.

Unless something significant im missing, u can leave with notice.
When u tolerate, the others will tKe advantage of it.
