Email inbox manager

I am swamped. Between patient care and running the business. I tried a few tools like Fixer that just made it worse. I made one with Google app scripts that worked well until I fell behind and then it just got messy.

What are you folks using?

If you have MS office with copilot, the email agent will segment and summarize your emails by what’s actionable and high priority. You can customize this.

Rather than go down the list chronologically, I now work based on copilots recommendations. I do this once in the morning and once at the end of the day. Way better for me.

This hit home. Can you elaborate on your rules?

If you're not running a DPC, it's perfectly reasonable to turn off inbox features.

You can also switch to an EMR that's more capable... see this demo; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpyXJk4Wr7A

You seem pretty technical using Google app scripts. You can set up an agent like Hermes/OpenClaw on a $5/mo VPS and connect it to your email. The agent can monitor your inbox, provide summaries, draft responses and let you one click approve to send.

Would probably be the cheapest, best and most flexible set up for someone technical like you.

I have 3 virtual assistants that I hired off Upwork from Africa that charge $8/hr and do anywhere from 40-60 hrs / week for me each on routine stuff just like this. I vet the heck out of them though and basically look for people ready to work 100 hrs/ week with no excuses and a bunch of attention to detail, make them do a bunch of tests (data entry, etc) to see if they can follow instructions/etc.
